  • Do I still need health insurance if I enroll with you?

    Yes, you will need insurance for services outside the clinic, such as prescriptions, lab work, imaging, sub-specialty referrals, or hospitalizations.
  • What if I have an emergency?

    If you feel that you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
  • Can you treat me if I am traveling?

    Yes, we can address minor issues through telephone, email, or virtual visits while you travel within the United States and send prescriptions to your nearest pharmacy. In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first and then notify us. With the exception of controlled medications, most prescriptions can be ordered anywhere within the USA. If you have an emergency, we recommend you notify us so we can communicate with the treating physician and ensure continuity of care.
  • How do I become a patient?

  • Are concierge doctor fees tax deductible or reimbursable through my FSA or HSA?

    Medical concierge fees are considered tax-deductible medical expenses as long as you utilize the physician's services within the specified tax year, and the fee amounts go toward actual healthcare services, such as routine physical exams. In many instances, the annual fee is payable through your HSA. However, we encourage you to consult with your FSA/HSA plan administrator, employer, or tax advisor to clarify qualifications in your particular circumstance.
  • Do you manage weight loss?

    Yes, we offer various weight management services including prescribing GLP-1s.
  • Do you provide aesthetic services and do I need to be a member for these?

    Yes, we provide aesthetic services by expert aestheticians. You do not need to be a member for our aesthetic procedures; however, you do need an appointment.
